admissions are conducted strictly on merit and through a transparent, well-defined, and accountable
selection process ensuring equal opportunity for every deserving candidate under the guidance of
the Admission Committee.

Civil Service Training Admissions
The Civil Service Centre provides specialized coaching for
aspirants preparing for UPSC, GPSC, and other competitive examinations.
Eligible candidates may apply for admission to receive
comprehensive guidance, expert mentoring, and access to advanced learning facilities.
Admission to all training programs is merit-based and
follows a transparent evaluation process.
Skill Development Centre Admissions
The Skill Development Centre offers industry-aligned, practical
training programs designed to enhance employability and technical skills.
Candidates can apply for a variety of certified skill-based
courses aimed at building strong career foundations.
All admissions are granted purely on merit with complete transparency
in assessment and selection.
Hostel Accommodation Admissions
Sardardham provides safe, modern, and well-managed hostel
accommodation for students and youth.Admission to the hostel is based on merit, eligibility criteria,
availability, and the internal guidelines of Sardardham.
Hostel allotments are also merit-driven and processed through a
transparent, systematic procedure.
Eligibility Categories for Hostel Admission
Hostel accommodation at Sardardham is available to the following
categories:
Students pursuing higher studies in colleges or universities of Ahmedabad or Gandhinagar and working woman can apply under the following categories: • Undergraduate Students
Students who have completed Class 12 and taken admission in a degree/under Graduate course. • Graduate Students
Students who have completed graduation and wish to pursue a Master’s or higher-level course. • Diploma to Degree Students
Students who have completed a Diploma and wish to pursue Degree or higher studies above Diploma level. • Working Women
Patidar women employed in any private or public organization in Ahmedabad/Gandhinagar are eligible for accommodation for her limited rooms are made available at the Sardardham Girls’Hostel.
Facilities are provided on a paid basis, subject to room availability, first come basis and include boarding and lodging. • Civil Service / Skill Development Students
Students applying for the Civil Service Centre or Skill Development Centre should inquire about hostel accommodation during their admission process.

- Applications must be submitted online only, before the last date mentioned in the announcement.
- Applications after the deadline are not considered.
- Admissions are given strictly on merit and subject to available vacancies.

- Selected students are also informed individually via SMS/WhatsApp.

Important Rules & Guidelines
- Hostel facilities at Sardardham are not merely residential spaces — they are an ecosystem that nurtures discipline, character building, leadership, and holistic development.
- All residents must strictly follow hostel rules and actively participate in developmental activities.
- Students must read and understand the Hostel Rules & Code of Conduct before confirming admission.
- Students whose college results are: Failed / Withheld or Below 55% marks, will not be allowed to continue their stay, and their admission will be cancelled as per the SOP.
